Yes. After you sign up, your account gets 5 browser profiles with no time limit. It is the full version with realistic fingerprints, UDP proxy support and local profile storage, not a trial. You only pay when you need more profiles.
Claim them in the proxy section of the Agent-X app. You get 5 datacenter SOCKS5 proxies for 30 days and choose the country: Lithuania, Germany or the Netherlands. Free proxies are issued once per account and do not renew automatically.
Buy a profile package in the in-app store: pick the number of profiles and the period. The package is added on top of the free five, so you keep them. Longer periods cost less: −20% for 90 days, −30% for 180 and −40% for 360.
Purchases are paid from your account balance, which you top up with crypto: USDT or USDC on Base, Arbitrum, Optimism and BNB Chain, or USDT on TRON. Every account gets its own top-up addresses. Funds arrive after network confirmation, usually within 10–60 minutes.
Only if you turn on auto-renewal. Then, on the day the period ends, the price of the same period is charged from your balance. If the balance is too low, auto-renewal turns off and we email you. Without auto-renewal, we send reminders 7 days before, 3 days before and on the day the period ends.

Yes. You can add profiles at any time during an active subscription and pay the difference for the days left. Moving to a smaller package works from the next period: turn off auto-renewal and pick the smaller package once the current period ends.
Paid periods and balance top-ups are non-refundable, including unused days. Support reviews exceptional requests case by case. To avoid the risk, test your workflow on the 5 free profiles first.
